These terms govern your use of Sonata, a Discord music bot operated by Good Times (“we”, “us”). By adding or using Sonata, you agree to these terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
Sonata joins Discord voice channels and plays audio requested by server members, sourced from platforms including YouTube, Spotify, and SoundCloud. Free servers get core playback with a queue cap; Sonata Premium servers unlock unlimited queue, 24/7 mode, higher audio quality, and additional filters.
You agree not to use Sonata to:
Server administrators are responsible for how Sonata is used within their servers. Playback is sourced from third-party platforms — you're responsible for ensuring your use complies with their terms and applicable copyright law.

We aim for good uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, and features may change or be discontinued. Playback depends on third-party platforms outside our control and may occasionally be interrupted or blocked by them.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KitsuneDen is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of Sonata. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (if any).
Sonata relies on Discord, YouTube, Spotify, SoundCloud, and Stripe. Your use is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their services.
We may suspend or remove Sonata's access for any server that violates these terms or abuses the service.
We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes are reflected by the effective date above.
